500-Foot Drainage Line
A 500-foot run of 4-inch drainage pipe trenched across the property, with multiple downspout connections tied in along the house so roof water is carried away from the foundation instead of pooling at it.
250-Foot Gabion Retaining Wall
A 250-foot gabion style retaining wall with hog wire facing, posts every three feet, and gravel packed behind. Water flows right through the wall while it holds the dirt in place, a natural drainage wall that does its job and looks great doing it.
Concrete Demo
Full concrete slab removal. We broke out the old concrete, loaded and hauled every piece off site, and left a clean, graded surface ready for the next phase of the property.
Electrical & Fiber Optics Trench
A clean, code-depth trench for new electrical and fiber runs, with warning tape and tracer wire installed before compaction and backfill. The surface was restored level and ready for finish work.
Pool Demo
Complete pool demolition, from draining and breaking out the shell to hauling the concrete away, backfilling in compacted lifts, and rough grading for a new, usable yard.
Plumbing Trench
A precise trench cut for new plumbing lines, with the spoils kept tidy while the trench was open and the yard restored with compacted backfill once the lines passed inspection.
Drainage & Yard Leveling
Low spots in this yard were pooling with every rain. We regraded the surface and tied in drainage so water now moves away from the house instead of sitting for days after a storm.
Hillside Terracing
A sloped hillside lot terraced into flat, usable space. Each bench was shaped with the natural contour of the land to hold the slope and control erosion season after season.
Grass Removal, Turf & Gravel Parking
Old grass and turf stripped, the ground shaped and compacted, and a low-maintenance gravel parking area built with a base that stays level through the seasons.
Gravel Driveway & Erosion Repair
A worn, eroding driveway regraded and crowned so water sheds to the sides instead of cutting ruts down the middle, finished with fresh gravel for a driveway that stays put.
